Do you know if the larger case will fit this kind of inhaler? I measured it from the 2 furthest points and it was 96mms.

In order to get that to fit, you will need to scale the larger case to 106%( Length - 97.5mm X Height 54.6mm), This can be done in the slicer but make sure you do both the lid and base. Keep in mind the height is 54.6mm after the scaling, which might not be enough. Check using the measuring tool in the slicer if you need it to be taller.

How big would I have to scale it for the height to be closer to 60mm?

I love this. turned out so good. accidentally had a failed print which made it even better.printer stopped mid way. which was fine I sliced it and reprinted the failed part in black and used resin glue to hold it in place. sanded it so it looks a little scratchy, but plan on going over the black with matte black paint to fix the sanded parts from glue residue. looks awesome! also since it was sliced i just flipped the way the top went so I got both colors from the color changing silk pla to show on each side.. thanks again

Works perfectly, however I did turn on supports as Bambu Studio said there was a cantilever overhang or something like that. This meant it put supports where the spring was so I had to do some digging and gluing to get it to work. DO NOT PRINT WITH SUPPORTS ON Other than my silly mistake this is a very well made box, thank you

Made a 10mm longer version so it should have plenty of room now. Located in the .3mf on a separate plate!
