REAL 3D PRINTNG

"3D printing" is actually a 2-dimensional process which, step by step, grows along the z axis. This type of printing (defined as "non-planar") is a true 3D printing since the extrusion also takes place in z. Using special slicers, I personally created tiles with a non-planar covering (as shown in the thirth video); this type of printing is very risky due to possible collisions with the print head, so I am only sharing simple files generated on fullcontrol.xyz.

These files have all been tested on both BambuLab X1C and P1P, but in any case I do not take any responsibility in case of problems.

Unusual printing has unusual risks - be careful!

HOW TO PRINT

Look the last images to chose your favourite test.

Download the attached .zip files, extract .gcodes, copy them to the printer's SD card and start.

If you have any doubts, ask in the comments.

(This review has been edited) after some initial difficulties finding the C code, I found it and the print is just great.

as you can read in the title, print profile name and infos, you have to download the attached gcode. the print tells you too

I can't find the code anywhere, I only have the choice between 3mf, stl and Bambu Studio.

I am not seeing how to download the G-code. Maybe Bambu removed it. Maybe it is buried within the 3mf file. I understand the warnings and concerns.

that is where I was trying to download. When I select download, I have 3 options, open in bambu studio, download 3mf, or download STL.STL format does not include gcode. Is it buried within the 3mf format? or maybe it is being filtered out. I want to review the gcode before I send it to the printer.

In your work did you find the max angle the X1C can do both in the X and Y directions? I imagine if the object doesnt have mich Z height the max angle would be based on the nozzle, but if the object has a lot of z heght you need to make sure you do not hit the front/back/left/right/corners of the toolhead assembly.

send the generated geode to the printer using FTP, then print from the sd card from the printer, directly.

I could not get this to work on my a1 mini, it was like the z height was off.

Anyway to load our own models you think? I know TeachingTech did a similar implementation right into slic3r... Would be coole to learn/know if full control allows a loading of my own model
