Description

This is a mold for creating short beams and square columns using PLA 3D printing waste (multicolored purging material, failed prints, and end-of-spool filament). The shell needs to be printed with PETG (approximately 300 grams), and fluid plaster should be injected (about 2.5 kg of plaster powder, 900 grams of water).

The forming size of 200 grams of waste is approximately 40*200*20 mm. The forming size of 400 grams of waste is approximately 40*200*40 mm.

Heating tools such as an old oven, panini press, air fryer, etc., can be used. Additionally, you will need a respirator, silicone baking tray, and heat-resistant gloves.

Filament purge are very uniform and easy-to-melt waste materials, taking about 15 minutes to melt 200 grams.

200 grams of "low infill failed prints" take about 30 minutes to melt.

Applying a small amount of Vaseline to the mold will help with demolding.

200克「低填充的失败打印件」大约需要30分钟熔化。

在模具上涂抹少量凡士林将有助于脱模。
