Description

Boost Me (for free)

You can boost this model, if you like the designer's work. Thank you!

It took a while to design the perfect hole covers, which are

  • thin to be nearly invisible
  • fit tight to not fall out
  • easy printable even with a 0.4 nozzle

and here we are: Available in two lengths and a lot of sizes (the objects are named according to the hole diameter)! You can also scale it in Bambu slicer, but I recommend to scale from a lower size to the bigger size (if you are using a 0.4 nozzle for print optimization). And of course, feel free to text me for any sizes you need!

Tested successfully with PLA, no supports, no brim required.

Warning: Choking hazard. Contains small parts. Not for children under 36 months.

Don't forget to follow me to get all my future models. If you like my work, I am very thankful for a boost!

If you have any questions or ideas, just let me know, thank you. I am looking forward to your comments and builds!

I didnt feel like doing fancy drawers and I dont like exposed screws. BUT, I want to be able to disassemble them in the future. scaled to tension fit a recessed screw hole and Bob's your Auntie!

comes out a bit messy,,.even when on slow, the print is way to fast for the size, otherwise, good print

Thanks for your feedback. It is more about bed adhesion, typically no need to slow down.

I printed various sizes of those in quantity (they don't take much filament!) and was able to tap them into the holes I had with the rubber handle of a screwdriver. Even with the force of tapping, the center "peg" never broke on any of them! Thank you for helping me improve the look of my furniture.

As mentioned, a good solution It would be 5 stars for me if the cover were only within the holes This prevents shelves and similar items from being placed directly next to each other The additional gap resulting from the abutting cover is not aesthetically pleasing

I understand, so a model-related rating and not the print profile It's frustrating that on MakerWorld you can always only rate the print profile I like the idea of the cover in the hole I will add that to my backlog, thanks for that I can fully understand that

Simple, quick and fantastic, just what I needed to hide a couple of screw holes in drywall after removing a soundbar.
