Description

Needed a way to pick Figs up high so I drew this picker. Large enough for apples/peaches/etc. V'd top to grab and pull. Threaded bottom to screw onto most extendable brush/broom handles but test print the threads first to try before wasting an entire print. works well.

I added updated it to have a horizontal section in the back that is not in the model pictured. just adds strength.

Printed very well on A1 mini with white PLA. Used to pick fruit off ground.

Excellent print 17 hours with fuzzy skin outer layer tree support needs to be tested As a comment it would be good to add a "base" to put a cutter blade scalpel etc to cut the branch when harvesting

Great gadget and an easy print. I needed it to collect plums high up on my plum tree. Works brilliantly

There were a few loose threads from steeper overhang and no default supports, but still 100% functional and worked for my plum tree.

My mangos are too big! haven't figured out how to make the catchment bigger without making the attachment screw the same size. Otherwise, these worked a charm with the smaller fruit. The wife was sold on the 3D printer because of this

Definitely gets sketchy on the slats as you get past the bottom half. I would make it solid, or add some periodic bridges to tie them all to the sides.
