Small Drawer Sorting System
Print Profile(6)

Description
This is a system of small drawers that are suitable for sorting relatively small things. Typically fasteners. It´s easy to bolt directly on a wall or on a bigger plate that in turn is bolted on the wall. I use it for screws, washers and nuts in the sizes om M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 in the dimensions I normally use when assembling 3d-printed parts. I submit an unmarked Handle/Nametag that you just snap in the drawer to get a handle and a chance to name the drawer. Typically I would recommend to use the submitted stepfile to add a suitable text on the nametag. I have used this system a lot and also printed to friends and it´s very useful in reality.
In the .mf file there is a complete system for 5 drawers. Note that I also submit bigger racks as stl & stp (2x5 and 3x5 drawers ). I added a drawing and some 3d files of how I did the wall mount. I used an mdf board and a 3d-printed rim. See the new .pdf and the 3d-files if needed.
I now also published a Version 2 of the .3mf files and of the drawer. In Version 2 i changed the fillet on the drawer (the fillet connected to the printbed) to a chamfer instead. A chamfer is so much easier to print and looks just as good in my opinion. Many people liked the old 3mf´s so I leave them here for the time being. Remember that the fillet on the drawer most likely will be a little rough which some people can live with and some people not.
