Michigan J Frog - The Singing WB Frog
Print Profile(1)

Description
This has been one of the most challenging designs yet. This isn't due to complexity, but because this character's proportions made him very challenging to print.
This is Michigan J. Frog, sometimes known as the Warner Brothers' frog. Originally created by Michael J. Maltese in 1955 in the film "One Froggy Evening," he was then named "Enrico." His final name was created in 1960, deriving from him singing "The Michigan Rag."
I almost gave up on him, but finally got things designed and dialed in enough to create a print. The print quality of the example was not as good due to reasons since fixed, but good enough to get the parts fitted.
The body is the tough part of the print. I used tree supports on the plate with 60-degree angle. I made the connection to the body as thin as possible. Removal of the supports on the body must be done very carefully: if you're not gentle, you can break the arms or legs easily. I used a 20% infill, which works pretty well.
The feet are modified to give him a more stable stance. He can still be tipped over easily, but should be fine on a shelf.
I'd put the eye pupils on the eye whites first, then put them on the body, then add the belly - it's the easiest way to assemble.
