This ones hard but it would be, like, the coolest TPU model on here: an articulated dragon out of TPU.

Inland TPU in Translucent Purple, let my daughter pick out the color since we hadn't tried TPU before but it looks really nice.

This is my first ever TPU (95A) print. I was quite nervous about what this'd do to my plate, stringiness, temps, etc. This was very easy to print and had NO issues with over attachment to the plate. I used direct to the filament extruder (no bowden tube), default TPU settings and a PEI plate...no issues! I will try again with variable layer heights to minimize some of the layer lines at the top, but honestly, young one loves it!

I like the design, thanks! What I don’t quite get is why the Bambu slicer adds these random lines somewhere around layer 104 (I marked them in the image). I also looked at the STL but I couldn’t find any of these lines there. Those lines caused some stringing inside of the model but that wasn’t visible from the outside.

i just stopped my print because of those, thinking it was bad stringing and lowered the temperature. Definitely issue with the slicer ehen print with mobile or the model. Will see later on desktop

@_leonbecker_ That looks like bridging to support the back of the duck.

Yeah, the bridging might not look the best, but it should still work fine.

printed in tpu for ams 98 shore a hardnes. didnt perform well alot of rough spots couldnt get it to squeeze without tearing. i used dehudrator on filament still no luck. I think some sort of infill will do the print justice. I will post photo later when im home.

The same issue with the same filament, TPU for AMS

Thanks for sharing your prints, @gordei.dragon and @shanty85. Bambu Lab TPU for AMS has a shore hardness of 68D. From my initial tests of this filament, it seems too stiff to work well for my squeaky toys. I'm renaming my print profile to specify "TPU95A" -- thanks again for sharing your feedback!

TPU 95A HS … dried. Sad … Tried single one. That one had the bottom pilled off nd didn’t work with the squeaker. The squeaker itself perfectly gets into the hole, but they are not air tight … and when I placed multiple on a plate, that’s what happened. Doesn’t work for me. Fillament is well dried and worked for all other projects. Eith this one every duck has the exact same issue.
