Which filament is that?

I could be wrong but I don't think that is filament you are seeing, it is post process painting, the color variations are in just the right places. Very nice looking much like the original designers. PS: the designer replied to a comment below about his process.

Hey Billy, your dragon skull design is absolutely incredible! I took some creative liberties with it in the slicer - sliced it up and added holes for magnets. Now it's mounted on my door, looking like it's bursting through from some fantasy realm. Everyone who visits is completely awestruck! I've uploaded my modified profile for others who might want to create their own door-mounted dragon invasion. Thanks for the amazing base design - it's inspired quite the conversation piece in my home. Keep breathing fire into your designs, they're legendary!

How cool is that! Thanks for sharing. What size magnets did you use?

it perfectly fits a 10mmx3mm magnets, which is what I used here https://makerworld.com/en/models/558911#profileId-478113  but any 10mm should work, or if you don't have you can change the negative part size in the slicer into what you have at home, happy printing!
