Description

A fully 3D-printed phone holder for your Canon camera hot shoe!

Tested on my R6II, 6DII, and an old 1000F, it fits well.

I tried various printing orientations, and the sturdiest I found was at an angle (though it does need supports).

Printed with PLA.

The part that handles the phone angle is a bit loose, but my 3D skills are limited in finding a better solution.

As long as you don't shake your camera too much, it’ll stay in place without any worries!

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any suggestions or improvements. This is one of my first 3D designs, so I’d be glad to make it better. :)

The quality is excellent, but unfortunately it's not compatible with Sony cameras

Hello AleP3D, indeed as I noted it in the description, it is for canon only. The hotshoe part could be reworked to work with sony cameras, but i don't have one so I couldn't test it...

Printed great! Feels snug in the hot shoe of a Canon t4i but also removes easily. Holds a Samsung galaxy s10+ and s7 (pictured) but would recommend adding some kind of foam or rubber on the clamp portion to prevent the phone from pivoting. Haven't tested durability yet by moving around with a phone mounted but suspect it should be fine. Overall I'm glad I used filament on this print. Thank you for sharing your work!
