Description

Für meinen Arbeitsplatz habe ich mir diese Box mit diesen 4 Schubladen Konstruiert, passend zu meinem konstruierten Handyhalter, Stiftehalter, SD Box. Ich werde außerdem noch verschiedene Einsätze für die Schubladen konstruieren.

Die griffe und fronten habe ich mithilfe von Sekundenkleber innerhalb von 15 min. mit den Schubladen verklebt.

Das Ergebnis ist Perfekt Auf jedenfall ein Eye Catcher im Büro.

I like so much the design of this cabinet, but like other users bellow me tell the deawers are not ok. I printed only one and was not able to make it run. So i redisign the complet 4 drawers, put on 0.25mm on all sides and it is working very whell now!. I Don`t know how to put them, but there are aveilable in STEP, they are more stronger, thiker walls stronger made. So any modification can be made. We use it since a few days. i put some picture with what i modify. in rest is all like original. Printed in PLA+. Drawers i printed them after modifciation in raised not seated. And I used print tree suport.

could you share the print profile for the modified drawers? I want to print this to match the monitor riser but don't want to have to re-engineer the drawers.

I'll reply to myself in case someone else sees this. No need to modify the drawers, just enable supports on the drawers so the channels print cleanly.

the design itself is beautiful. however, it isn’t perfectly executed. the issue here is the drawers. the fit is very tight and will get stuck if you don’t profusely sand down the edges. I was able to do that and then had to keep shoving the drawer in and out to further grind it down to be able to get them to properly open. it was far more work than I intended to do on this print. overall, glad it’s done and looks good but the drawers definitely need work to fit right.

the cantilever top edge of the drawers need support, wasted quite a bit of filament learning that. printed on the P1S

Printed well, larger layers height would speed things up but also make layers more visible. great design. update. drawers have unsupported overhangs important for the slide rails. I foresee this making for a rough drawer action. will need post clean up. could avoid in the design if the face was left off and the drawer printed orinerated on the back panel.
