This is a case for the HackRF One with Portapack. Specifically, this version with the clear shell:
I've also included a photo of the specific version of the case just in case the listing I share changes over time.
It requires no additional hardware, just the top, bottom and 2 latches. When closed, the lid will meet the top of the HackRF One as to not let it move around in the case. It also has another semi-sealed off compartment that won't let accessories bang around with the HackRF.
