The Design

Want stronger fingers? Why Not try finger training

Here we have a set of fingerboard style trainers, Perfect for climbing or other sports that require grip strength

These are ideal for use with cables as an alternative to the standard handles, or for use with a weight pin.

The 4-Finger Handle is designed to fit all four fingers comfortably, The 2-Finger Handle accommodates two fingers.

The 1-Finger Handle is designed for single finger grip, allowing for focused training to isolate and strengthen individual fingers.

Lastly, the 1-Finger Ring Pull features a single finger ring style for precise pull exercises, enhancing finger strength and control in a unique grip position.

They are all 20mm deep except for the ring pull.

If you are keen to use these serious please look into how to train fingers properly, as with all training it can be unsafe if done incorrectly.

Printing

Print at 100% infill to ensure strength - I've tested to 50kg with 100% infill with no issues but please complete your own tests to ensure you are safe.

Use normal auto supports.

All Models are on 1 build plate
