Description

This poop bag holder was designed specifically for TPU. It was not designed to be printed in any other material and will likely not work with other materials because it relies on TPU's flexibility. If you want a poop bag holder in another material, there are plenty of them out there. But I wanted to use TPU because it's so durable. This poop bag holder is nearly indestructible, and certainly won't shatter when dropped like PLA/PETG will.

The base can be printed either with or without supports. It provides good results both ways. The print profiles include supports, but you can just turn those off if you don't want them. Without supports, you may get a bit of drooping that can easily be cleaned up with a hobby knife.

I have tested with TPU 98a and 95a. Softer TPU may not work, or may need changes to the print configuration.

Hopefully this is pretty self explanatory. There is a version with a handle for a carabiner or other clasp. A 3D printed carabiner would work well since this doesn't weight much. There is also a version with a loop in the bottom for a keychain, if you prefer this orientation.

If printing from the STEP files, you will need to turn the lid upside down. Also, don't use default supports. It will try to support a whole bunch of things that don't need supports. Instead, paint supports at the top of the hole and the top of the handle, if present.

Happy Printing.
