Description

Cable Ties to be printed with flexible materials like TPU.

The sizes are:

90 mm
110 mm
130 mm
150 mm
170 mm

I printed the mounts in PLA - 3 Perimeter 20% Infill 0,2 mm layer height. But ASA or PETG will be a better solution for the long run if you place heavy things on the holder.

have some problems but that's probably because I use TPU from sunlu instead of bambu lab

Make sure to dry the TPU and it might even be worth it to print with the spool actively in a dryer.

I've had some success getting rid of TPU stringing with my TPU by changing the filament settings. Click edit icon to the right of a filament, click Setting Overrides then 1) Z hop when retract -> 0.4mm and 2) Length 0.8mm. May get you closer. I also recommend reviewing the page you bought the TPU from as it may have more specific recommended settings.

1000% you need to dry that filament. it's not a brand specific issue, TPU is very hygroscopic.

Fantastic cable/ anything ties. I have printed around 10 different cable/ zip ties and these are my favorite by far. Easy to use, hold well and have just the right amount of stretch and flexibility. The white cord is a 15ft extension cord and one of the medium length ties was used. You could wrap up a long extension cord with the long version. If you’re looking for a great cable/ anything type reusable tie, look no further! Deaigner did a fantastic job on these.
