Update 5/4/2025: There have been recent reports of support issues on the tail end of the aircraft. Make sure both “Remove small overhangs” and “Support critical regions only” are UNCHECKED before proceeding with the print. Bambu has added new support settings for the slicer and have them checked by default. The print profile has been updated to reflect the correct support settings.

This is a 1:53 scaled, fully 3D printable MQ-9 Reaper UAV. This model is drawn from scratch with Autodesk Fusion. It comes with landing gears, payload of a pair of GBU-12 bombs and 2 pairs AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, which are all optional. Model's wingspan is 15 inches/38 cm.

The MQ-9 Reaper, also known as Predator B, is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. It is designed primarily for long-endurance, high-altitude surveillance and reconnaissance missions. It also has precision strike capabilities, capable of collecting high-resolution imagery, full-motion video, and other intelligence data, making it a valuable asset for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The aircraft is currently being used by the US Air Force, US Marines, CIA, and in countries such as the UK, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

The MQ-9 Reaper represents a significant advancement over the MQ-1 Predator, offering improved speed, endurance, payload capacity, and versatility. While the Predator was a groundbreaking UAV in its time, the Reaper builds on its legacy with enhanced combat and reconnaissance capabilities, making it a more formidable and flexible tool for military operations.

This model took a lot of time and research, most features on it should be pretty accurate! Enjoy!
