This high-quality 3D model of the MQ-9 Reaper has been designed for the best possible print quality and easy assembly. The parts fit together securely without the need for glue, making it hassle-free to build. However, if you prefer an extra-strong connection, glue can be used for reinforcement.

The model is optimized to ensure smooth printing, precise details, and a sturdy structure, making it perfect for collectors, aviation enthusiasts, and hobbyists. Whether for display, scale modeling, or RC plane modifications, this design captures the sleek and tactical look of the legendary Reaper drone.

Features:

Designed for optimal print quality – no unnecessary overhangs, clean details, and smooth surfaces.

Easy to assemble – interlocking parts ensure a solid fit without glue.

Highly detailed and realistic – captures the MQ-9 Reaper’s signature shape and proportions.

Versatile use – ideal for display, customization, or functional modifications.

This model is a must-have for anyone passionate about military aircraft, drones, and 3D printing. 🚀

came out really nice. joint between front and rear fuselage was showing a little more than I hoped for but other than that very happy how it turned out. printed the propeller dome in silver because that is how it is more in real life, also the missiles in white/blue. Cheers mate!

Thank you so much for your feedback and support! 🫶 I really love your printed model, the color of the propeller looks amazing! 🙌 I think you could reduce the seam visibility by removing the brim and tweaking the Elephant Foot Compensationparameter. It might help make the joints flawless. (You can test this on smaller parts of the model.) Also, I noticed some artifacts on the stand, did you try adjusting the number of Wall Loops or the Sparse Infill settings?

yeah those artifacts are weird, will try to change that. also I would recommend the rockets which I printed in blue, to build up in 2 colors, blue and white. You can see how they look in real life if you google mq-9 armed. I am not experienced yet in making or changing my own models
