Ortur Laser 2 tunning for cable

Koupili jste řezací a gavírovací laser Ortur Master 2 s kabely, které nejsou v korytu, ale pouze omotané plastovou spirálou? Pak se vám může stát, že ohýbání a lámaní kabelů zavazí například v ochranné krabici. V krajních pozicích dokonce může docházet k přeskočení / posunutí x nebo y osy, protože kabely zkrátka zablokují posun. Vytvořil jsem sadu dílů, na které přimontujete ohýbací vedení kabelů. Není potřeba žádný elektrický zásah nebo prodlužování kabelů. Díly nasadíte na motorky pojezdu a přední a boční bloky přilepíte vteřinovým lepidlem na chasi. Na Ali jsem koupil dvě kabelové vedení 7x7 a 7x15 (třeba zde https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33056345451.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.18.13491802IwpmCa ) které jsem prořízl tak, aby se kabely daly vložit do koryta (tedy zhora). Koryta jsem zakrátil na přesnou délku kabelů a přišrouboval krátkými šroubky k nasazeným a přilepeným dílům. Kabely se nyní nijak nekroutí a nezavazí. Fubguje to perfektně a ještě se mi nestalo, že by posun přeskočil, jako dřív u kabelů s plastovými spirálami.

Deska je určena pro lepší fixaci elektroniky laseru a ventilku pro vzduchovou podporu řezání. Není potřeba ji tisknout, pokud vám elektronika dobře drží. Mě přišla v dodávce rozbitá.

No electrical intervention or cable extension required. Place the parts on the drive motors and glue the front and side blocks to the chassis with instant glue. I bought two cable ducts 7x7 and 7x15 on Ali (like here https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33056345451.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.18.13491802IwpmCa) which I cut to fit the cables into the trough (ie from above). I shortened the troughs to the exact length of the cables and screwed them with short screws to the fitted and glued parts. The cables now do not twist or bind in any way. It fubs perfectly and I haven't had the displacement jump like I used to with cables with plastic coils.

The plate is intended for better fixation of the laser electronics and the valve for air support for cutting. There is no need to print it if you have a good grip on the electronics. It arrived broken in the delivery.
