Sign Ad for Stanley Tumbler Keychain Display Stand

Recently I printed some tumbler keychains, and soon after I discovered someone had designed a very nice display stand for them. The only thing I felt was missing was a sign that could help give potential customers ideas of what these keychain tumblers can be used for. Which could help increase sales. So, I created one using MakerWorld - Make My Sign (https://makerworld.com/makerlab/makeMySign).

I will include both print profiles, one with Face Down and the other Face Up. I personally printed face down on a holographic plate. It came out very nice, with a smooth reflective finish. If you do it this way, make sure in your slicer settings it is set to Smooth PEI Plate and if switching from Textured Plate, choose option to calibrate before printing.

Now that I had the sign printed, I had to figure out a way to display it. Alright, full disclosure, I am pretty new to 3D printing and this is the first time I have ever created anything. I'm sure there are much better ways to do this, but I wanted to come up with a stand for the sign that could attach to the cup holder display, without having to alter that design. I decided to make “legs” that would fit snug into 2 existing cup holders and have a slot at the top where the sign could squeeze into. It may not be the greatest design, but it's a very simple way to attach the sign, and I wanted to at least include some kind of solution here for you.

You may notice that my photos show a much larger stand (for 50 cups). I just printed 2 stands and glued them together. The sign works just the same with a single stand.

If you decide to use the chapstick sized profile (which is what I used) you would need to also print the above stand at 104.5% to fit the cups. I'll include 2 profiles for the sign legs, one size if you are printing the stand as-is at 100% and another set that has been sized to fit the stand printed at 104.5%, for the chapstick version.
