I have worked on this model since it was placed here and am releasing version 2
- The lid has a major update where it now will snap together which enables the tumbler to have a nice clean look and the lid fits flush with the cup brim. tree supports are added where needed.
Assembly for the lid - grab a small pliers and remove the little support under the middle of the top lid piece. place a small dab of glue in there and snap the bottom part of the lid to that. let it dry and you are all set to go.
Here is a replica of the famous Stanley tumbler but in a keychain version.
There is storage inside so you can keep your daily pill(s) if you are on the go, a folded bill (money), earrings, or other small items.

I painted supports onto the bottom of my lid and threads and just sent it to print. Fingers crossed it prints nice! I used the bucket fill option when I painted the supports on too.

So with the help of Ashley I have a great remix with painted supports for the lid, it came out perfect and may help some of the people having issues.. I tried to post a remix but it says its not allowed. will you ever allow this! I love the print it is amazing! I am going to try and make a smaller version as well by using the scaling feature!

Are you able to take a screenshotof how you drew the supports on for the lid? Haven't manually drawn supports on before.
Edit: NM, looks like creator posted a V2 of the lid. Will try that first. Thanks just the same!

Thanks!! I ran a few more. But now that I'm trying to put an actual keyring on there and not a teeny tiny jump ring nothing fits :( It just looks so awesome though in some rainbow silk

I am assuming you used support filament or a different filament then what you are printing the lid with? I tried supports and couldnt get them removed

no, I used the regular filament for the complete print. I removed them with a short needle nose pliers. I have used both tree supports and normal supports although I found the normal supports harder to remove

I believe that has to do with your flow rate. It may help to calibrate the filament for smoother transitions between layers

Printed great. I uploaded my print profile. Used 0.2 layers and added a filament change at layer 555 of the cup to add the silver rim. I used auto tree supports for the cup and manual for the lid and painted them on. For anyone interested here is a list of the colors I used:
Ziro Magenta
Geeetech Metallic Silver
Sunlu White

I printed it 50% and the threading still works! Brilliant model. Used supports on the lid, it took a bit to remove them but it was worth it.
