This model is designed to build trays with customizable dimensions. The length and width can range from 80 to 300mm, while the height can go from 10 to 300mm. Although I don't recommend a 300mm height for a sorting tray, it's up to you to decide what works best for your needs. The trays have small chamfers on the outside and fillets on the inside to make it easier to retrieve objects. You can customize the corner radii with default options of 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm. The inner corners will adapt automatically based on your choices.
To ensure the model generates correctly, the corner radius might be adjusted depending on your configuration of columns, rows, width, and length. I tried to make the model as robust as possible, but please check it in the slicer afterwards to ensure it meets your expectations. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to output the generated sizes directly to the tool, and adding text would result in it being printed, so I didn't use that option.
You can adjust the number of columns and rows from 1 to 6. I've found that more than this can make the tray unusable, but if you need more columns or rows, let me know. The first cell has a spanning option, allowing it to cover multiple rows or columns, which provides more customization options. Due to current limitations with MakerWorld, we're restricted to this first cell for now.
