Bambu Lab X1/P1 with A1 Wiper optimal for Revo/V6
Print Profile(2)

Description
NOTE: This is designed to fit the A1 Nozzle Wiper
This is inspired by a number of other nozzle wipers out there. I specifically wanted a wiper that got as close as possible to the nozzle tip so it will also wipe the flat surface of the Revo nozzle as well as the wide CHT or PCD nozzles if you're using one of the hotends that allows that.
The height should work for standard nozzles as well.
Improvements over other designs:
- Simple one piece design with some minimal supports that come off easily.
- Snap-in design. (If you, like me, have stripped the plastic tab from multiple wiper changes, this compensates for that.)
- Stability tab to hold the A1 wiper in a fixed position rather than tipping side to side
- Doesn't block the back of the chute so you have the option to use one of the many chute cover designs out there if you wish.
Updates
- 22 Jul 2024 - Brought in the outer corner a bit to accommodate 3rd party build plates that are sized slightly differently from official Bambu build plates.
A1 style nozzle wipe GCode
Adam L's Scrubbler wiper documents a snippet of custom GCode to do an A1 style nozzle wipe at the start of the print.

Installation
Install the Bambu nozzle wiper rotated 180 degrees from how it is installed in the printer.

There is a slot that slides over the small tab in the chute that holds the nozzle wiper. You just need to slide it on from the left, tipping it slightly to the left to get the stability tab over the right lip of the poop chute.
Using one of the extra nozzle wiper screws provided with the printer, secure this wiper in place through the screw hole on top.
Cut an A1 nozzle wiper at a length of 4 nubs. There is a small slot/lip on the inside that should fit over the base of the silicone wiper. When installing, angle the back down first and then you can push the front down into the rectangular slot. Push down on the edge to make sure the base of the A1 wiper is down under the lip.
