Description

There is an updated remix of this model located here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1117243#profileId-1114985

This is an improved version of my previous printable blade design, with a longer and narrower blade profile. This allows a steeper angle of attack when scraping, and when flipped over you can scrape with less risk of contact of the screws against your print bed. This profile was tested removing Bambu basic and Matte PLA, along with some generic TPU. The pics of the blade were actually taken AFTER the testing and thus show some wear, that's not present fresh off the bed.

The new narrower blade design should also improve compatibility with SOME existing holders for the scraper, but that's largely dependent on the design of the holder. If there's interest I'll whip up a couple custom holders for this version as well.

Of note, this blade does use 0.49g more filament per blade, and takes 45s longer to print per blade, but the benefits outweigh the costs to me. You can still cram 47 copies on a single build plate with a total printing time of 2hr 51m, printing by object.
