Careful breaking the hinge loose the first time! You can use a flat screwdriver to get things moving. Or just drop it on the floor, that has been working for me.

I didnt see a print profile for the "big" box so I printed the only available print profile just to test and see size. prints very well and all I had to do to loosen the hinges was drop it on the ground lol Maybe author can upload the print profile for the bigger box? Otherwise, I'll adjust and upload one. I play commander so need it to fit 100 cards

I'm glad the big one worked out, when I added these models I didn't have a Bambu so no print profiles but I can make one :)

I would check the slice, if it's scaled down those hinges tend to fuse.

If you preview and look through the layers youll be able to see if they are fused. Slicer setting can do it too.
