Description

⭐❤️✨ A BOOST AND A FOLLOW WOULD MEAN VERY MUCH! - Please help me show this project to the world! Thank you! 🤩❤️✨

This shopping basket was designed by Cybercyclist and it is too awesome not to share on here. He shared it under the “Creative Commons - Public Domain Dedication” so you can use it as you like. It is a working model, but it is especially awesome for home decor or as a way of organizing.

It can be printed without supports and for a full build you need 4 hooks, 2 handles and 1 basket (1 of each stl or just the stl named “all”)

If you are getting items that are snapping off near the end of the print, you're printing too fast. Slow down the acceleration or overall print speed. What is happening as you get to the top of the print, the tines of the basket are being struck by the head because as the plate moves too quickly (bed slinger) those pieces are swaying ever so slightly and the head collides with it.

I've tried reducing (all) speed parameters by atleast 50% and even disabled "reduce infill retraction" and I still have this problem. Do you have any other suggestions? I used gyroid for infill. Would love to know what setting people are using to avoid the tines snapping off. I'll try adjusting speed AND acceleration by more than 50% next.

i'm new to 3d printing & tried this as well & they still snapped off :( the ones still attached seemed really fragile too.

Printed at 0.2mm layer height at 88% on an A1 Mini. Was also able to add the handles & clips on the same plate. Printed great. Was also able to print fast. (a little over 3 hours for the entire basket)

Using this model as a starting point to make a Christmas ornament Publix basket with various fruit for my mother in-law who is a produce manager. Will update once completed. 11/16/24- Image is of my first print with 0.24 draft settings just to get a visual.

Very playful with magenta PLA!! We've printed it to be part of our fair stand. But it actually looks cool as a pen (and some other stuff) holder. Thank you!

Such a great print. Needed a little tidy up with a knife to fit the handles and a minor failure on my larger print but still 100% happy. Great peg basket for me @140% and the daughter is super excited about them with 4 already printed @70% and I'm sure more to come ♥️
