Description

This corner clip was designed to assemble a Corsi-Rosenthal clean air filter.  (8) in total needed ,(4) for the bottom, (4) on the top to create a frame using your own (4) 20x20x1 filters in a box shape. Once you assemble then place a box fan on top and using cardboard to frame the Fan.  I used a 20" Box Fan for my unit. I used these during COVID to filter air, but I have found them useful for my shop for fume and particle extraction from 3d printing. Also, these can help for wild fire smoke, not a solution but definitely help reduce particulates.

Needed to Complete a Air Filter:
(1) 20" Box Fan is what I used
(4) 20x20x1 Air Filters; the higher the MERV rating the more filtration
(1) Piece of cardboard (I used the box my fan was shipped in) to cut matching the frame size, and then cutting a hole for the fan size in order to pull air through the filters
(1) Tape roll (I used simple duct tape) to seal fan to cardboard

This is a video that helps explain a Corsi-Rosenthal Air Filter Build, and inspired me to design the corner clips:
