V-Blocks With Clamp

A set of V-blocks for holding round, square or odd shape objects securely for drilling or for other operations. Usually used in pairs.

Can be used with or without the clamp.

I have uploaded different clamping pad options that easily snap onto the ball end of the screw.

Printing

The blocks are meant to be printed on their for optimal layer strength , same for the v-clamps and arches.

The screw is printed standing upright on the knob, I didn't need a brim but you may need one depending on your bed adhesion.

I would recommend printing in PETG although I printed mine in PLA. PETG is a better choice for this application.

No supports needed anywhere.

.2 layer height for the screw, the rest doesn't really matter.

I also recommend 3 perimeters for a bit of extra strength and 20% infill.
