Bambu Labs A1 Side/Back Spool ROLLER

This is remixed from two other models that you can find here : Bambulab A1 Side/Back Spool Holder & Skadis Spool Holder/Roller

From the first design :

‘’Because I couldn't use the included Bambulab A1 spool holder for the single spool as I don't have the necessary height, I (nudelpapst) created a back/side spool holder which also attaches to the top aluminium extrusion and extends to the lower back of the printer. (…) To mount the spool holder to the printers frame, slide the front part over the frame, then push from the front and lower the back part at the same time''

I printed the first design and it worked great for what I needed but I wanted to improve it to add a roller function to it with 608 bearings.

Features :

• Uses 2 608 bearings
• Roller clips into the main body
• 2+ holes under the bearings to pop out the roller when needed
• 2 options for PTFE routing : Regular guide or M10 PTFE fitting guide

Assembly :

1. Take off all the supports for the pieces
2. Screw on (with 2 M2x10) or glue on your choice of PTFE tube routing guide
3. Slide the bearings on either end of the roller
4. Clip the roller assembly into the main body
5. Install on the printer
