Description
I have a leg-length discrepancy and needed a shim for SPD-SLs, but this also works for Look/Keo. I've tried printing with a few different materials - polycarbonate and PETG-CF have been the best. I haven't had one fail yet, but obviously use at your own risk. I suspect that PLA or PETG would be fine if you use zero infill, but given that it's always under compression and needs some toughness, PETG seems like a better choice than PLA.
I recommend printing vertically, which is a little counter-intuitive. It prints better and puts the strength axis through compression.
