Sorry to hear that but I'm prone to think it's user error. Mine and others had no issues. Use some glue eventually or check your setup. Regards

thanks, yea probably, I printed with Bambu silk blue-green as is with the profile provided, pulled the bed out and flexed the sides for it to come off and it tore
