I accidentally bought 250g spools with an internal diameter of 42mm, Which doesn't fit the AMS rollers as they support 53-58 mm only.
The only solution was to design a full replacement of the AMS-Lite compatible Spool roller :)
This design is print-in-place, snaps into place like the original rollers using the same mechanism and provides a smooth enough rolling of the spool (I tested it only in PETG wich seems to be “slippery” enough, not sure about PLA).
Remix details
I re-used JirkaAerox's spool fins for the outer shell, and modelled a print-in-place inner axel with my reverse-engineered connectors compatible with the AMS-Lite yellow Hexagonal and Square-ish green connectors.

Printing details
Printer: A1 mini with AMS
Filament: Cheapest PETG I could find (TECOR orange)
Walls: 2
Infill: 10% gyroids
Supports: none
number of plates (A1 mini): All four can fit on one plate, but I choose to print them separately to reduce the impact if there's a failure
Print time: around 2.5 hours per roller
