LATEST VERSION: VI-Wallet ~Smart V2 by VIVI Official - MakerWorld

This is the first official release after extensive prototyping.

I've been using the latest prototype for approximately three weeks without any issues → it has never lost a card or malfunctioned.

Bambu matte PLA provides a very smooth texture to the print and makes the mechanism nearly silent; I highly recommend it.

Thanks to all your helpful and interesting feedback there will be an upgrade soon;

I am currently working on a version with less print problems!

It is going to take some more time because I never had any problems with this model I am planning on uploading on 15th of June 2024.

PLEASE PRINT AT THE LOWEST FOR YOUR FILAMENT RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE!

(To prevent moving parts from sticking together)

There are four different models available:

Minimal: Holds up to 6 cards.
Moneymal: Holds 6 cards + a money clip for paper currency.
Multimal: Holds 6 cards + a storage drawer for miscellaneous items
Maximal: Holds 6 cards + a money clip for paper currency + a storage drawer for miscellaneous items

All of my released wallets aswell as this one are work in progress, I am happy that it works well for many people but I also so the space for improvement, if you have any suggestions or requests dont hesitate in writing a comment or sending me a message.

In case of the mechanis beeing stuck follow these steps:

A: Use a knife preferably a carpenters knife to seperate the mechanism from the body of the Wallet as illustrated;

B: If the slider still doesn't move apply force to the bottom with your finger or a tool like a pencil as shown:

I think it is a good model, my Bambu P1S printed easily. i like the wallet. seems like a little fault on the left top corner, but it is not the model fault, my printer made.

Yes, this because of the seam, I don't know why it does that on some prints.

fits 8 of my cards and works great, had a little trouble getting it to open but no issues!

4.5/5 good print, had to get the print loose using a knife, but works well! would have preferred the seam painted on the side. I'm guessing the profile uses scarf seam, which doesn't work perfect with glitter filaments. still 5 star as it should work for most.

this is super cool. a little stiff to loosen but once its is it works! only other alight issue i had is that credit cards with the raised numbers doesnt allow for 6 cards. but 5 cards worked out super cood for me. thanks for sharing

Works great for EV charging cards. It was hard to separate the mechanism after printing, but nice design!

I love this print! Have you considered adding a key loop on the side or bottom for keys and trackers? My thin tile takes up too much space, so a key loop would be great for a Tile Pro or AirTag. I drilled a tiny hole for a split ring which works for now, but it would be nice to have a dedicated hole or side key loops for split rings.
