Description
This replica of the Amiga 1011 Floppy Disk Drive is compatible with the Floppydisk Filament Sample and the Storage Box for Floppydisk Filament Sample that I designed. It can hold one floppy disk: this way, you can use it as a reminder for a filament you are running out of and need to purchase, or for the one you have chosen for the next print. Additionally, it is extremely cute and nostalgic.

To design my Mini Floppy Disk Drive 1011, I started from Gruby Brodacz's front panel model and then drew the rest of the body using reference photos found on the internet. To make the miniature printable, I also had to modify the front part. Finally, I created a slot that could accommodate the mini-floppy disks I designed.
