Description

A case for a DC to DC power supply from Amazon ( https://amzn.eu/d/1rCm3xH ). I have used this type of power supply to power my Starlink dishes (Gen 1, Rev 1 & 2 and Gen 2, Rev 3) for over 2 years, see: https://tuckstruck.net/truck-and-kit/geekery/modifying-the-starlink-power-supply-to-run-on-ac-and-dc/

 

I have used pentigons for the cooling holes so they do not need support (set Support Threashold angle to 28 degrees).

The power supply is a tight slide in fit and can be screwed down with the 4 holes provided. I have found 2x M3*8 machine crews are enough.

The electrical connections and power supply setting adjustements can all be done with the lid off.

The lid clips into the top and can easily be removed again if required.

If you are using the power supply at high power you may want to consider printing in a high temperature material, however, for Starlink with snow melt turned off PLA should be fine.
