Description

Here is a simple but very sturdy wall hook for a guitar. For mounting you need 2x 5mm screws. There are two models: solid one, and one with holes (see photos)

EDIT: added extended model (40mm higher) for acoustic guitars

Thank you! I have added an extended version for an acoustic guitar, but your stretched variant looks better! How long does it print?

About 2,4 hours. I reduced the number of walls as the acoustic ain’t heavy as an e-guitar, feels sturdy enough!

How do I get your stretched version? I only see one listed here.

best looking guitar holder.. see how it prints and holds :) .. seriously, why are there so many not so nice designs, I did my own but I wasn't that satisfied with the look, this is nice, simple.. looks fine EDIT: it looks great and fits great my acoustic guitar, but on on the wall, it needs to be almost 4 cm farther away from the wall, maybe I'll just print out the base from your file - like a distancer, extract the base and make it 4 cm.. then I'll need longer screws..

thank you! i have designed it because an old mount that I downloaded from thingiverse just broken in couple of years. There are so many designs that looks ok, but are not strong or are strong but look bulky. So I wanted combine this two characteristics as good as I can 😊

I had to scale for my acoustic guitar to fit. It printed perfectly.

Nice! Did you scale it only in Z-direction?

I had to make the fork longer and wider, so Z and X. Fit perfectly.

Nice design, but unfortunately this model is too shallow to fit any of my guitars (i.e., guitar head touches the wall before coming in contact with the mount).

I think you can try to scale the model a bit up. I hope this helps you

Hm… yes, something is wrong, but I can't say what without more details from you. A video would be helpful.
