Heli Flyer V1

Heli Flyer V1 - A hand pull launcher that prints in less than 1 hour.

Features:

• Simple and effective rack and pinion design
• The propeller/rotor launches over 15 feet in the air with a good pull
• Only uses 20g of filament per Heli

Assembly:

• Push the skids into the body until fully seated. Face the flat sides inward for the best aesthetic.
• Add a small amount of super glue to the pin of the ‘Gear’ and push the ‘Propeller’ in place.
• Allow the glue to fully set, or use some activator before testing it out.

Usage:

1. Insert the ‘Rack’ into the ‘Body’. There is a small slot in the ‘Rack’ and a small protrusion in the ‘Body’ to help guide the ‘Rack’ into the correct place.
2. Drop the ‘Propeller’ onto the pin in the centre of the ‘Body’
3. Push the ‘Rack’ to the forward position
4. Pull it back as fast and straight as you can using the ring-pull at the rear.

This is great fun for kids and is easy enough for younger kids to operate themselves (My 5 year old got it in no time)
