Volvo P3(s80,V70,XC70) PD QC adapter holder

USB C with power delivery and USB A quick charge adapter for VOLVO P3 vehicles, should fit S80, V70, XC70 models.

Has two usb-c (PD3.0) ports and two usb-a QC ports, recommend to hardwire this to your 12V socket.

• Print in orientation it comes in
• I printed mine with fuzzy skin 0.15 0.15 to have a better look overall
• No supports needed
• It is a tight fit
• 6 M3 threaded inserts are needed
• 6 M3x8mm bolts needed

• 1 USB-A QC adapter module is needed (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002433632102.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.286.4da31802KzPviu)

1. Print both parts
2. Insert threaded inserts into body
   
3. Insert threaded inserts into usb-c PD adapters clamp
4. Solder cables to USB-C PD adapter modules and to QC module
5. Insert USB-A QC module align with 4 threaded inserts and tighten bolts with alen key
6. Insert USB-C PD modules, it is a tight fit, so be careful
7. After both USB-C PD modules inserted put in printed clamp part
   
8. Align inserts through holes in front and tighten with m3 bolts
   
9. Connect all module cables together
10. Drill a hole through console bottom to hardwire this in. When removed hole will be covered with rubber pad that is usually in that location
11. Finished look
