I wanted to use @Starbuck ‘s Spool Holder but it was yanking out the snaps. Using the Weight Bearing Snaps listed here worked better, but then the tiles themselves started to flex, making the spools look crooked. I didn’t want to take apart my entire multiboard to add more 8mm spacers and hundreds of screws to the wall, so i designed a custom screw that would hold onto the tile, create a push-fit hole, and extend exactly 8mm beyond the tile so that it rested on the wall.

By screwing onto the tile and resting on the wall, problem is solved!
