I extended one side of the model, now it can stand more stable on the P1P's right and left crossbeams, as the picture shown.
This is an AMS Riser designed for my p1p. Print 4 copies of a single part, then you can have a stable AMS riser with few filaments and a few times.
One day I asked a friend, why you printed a riser for AMS, and why the AMS should be lifted. He told me if the AMS not be lifted, the teflon tube of the print head would be worn through by the bottom of the AMS. Then I checked my teflon tube, it's almost worn through as the picture shows……
Then I designed a simple part. Print the part in 4 copies, put these 4 parts on the P1P's right and left crossbeams, and insert the top of the part into the gap at the bottom of the AMS, then you can fix the issue. This is only for P1P so far.
You can use PLA Tough or PLA-CF or PETG-CF to print the riser parts, if you have problems when printing, or have any suggestions, welcome to give me feedbacks in “Comment & Rating” .
