Unfortunately it's poorly designed for multicolor printing, if you are printing with "faces" in black it's ok, but brighter colors on black background will suffer from bleeding, due to lack of control over colouring depth in slicers. You should consider making indentation in the shape of this image, make it let's say 0.8mm thick (4 layers of 0.2/layer) and fill it with separate object. Then you can select different filaments for every object, instead of painting with face selection. It would ensure you that even more translucent filaments print more clearly as they would be printed 4 layers deep, thus preventing background color bleeding through. Images might be clearer than my english, that's how I would approach it to have better control.
