Description

I made this planner for the morning routines of my kids. One (8yo) of them needs no help whatsoever in getting ready for school but the other (6yo) cannot focus when time is short. This helps a great deal and makes it easy and fun for her to check off every task to be done.

There's with things such as: fresh underwear, breakfast, breakfast cleanup, toothbrush, getting dressed, shoes,…

For one task planner you need:

  • 1 x plate
  • 1x cover for 10 separate cards (model included here) which I painted white so she could write on them
  • OR you can go for 1 big card which you can make from a strong piece of paper. That's the easiest but least flexible for rearranging the order or adding/replacing tasks

  • 10x slider
    • I printed these in 3 colors with the Bambu Lab AMS

  • 10 cards (if you chose the multiple cards cover). They've got a slight indent where the cover has a bump so they slide in smoothly with a snap at the end . I added models with a sun and a moon.

I added no modelled text, you can easily add that in the slicer afterwards.

Features:

  • The cover snaps in place and is held in place by a lip, but also easily removable (screenshot is from previous version, I made the lip a little bit bigger now for a better fit)

  • There's room for 5 magnets (max. 20mm diameter and 3mm thick) for sticking it on the fridge or anything metal. If you want to screw it to the wall, I'd say drill holes to your liking or double sided tape when mounting on tiles or stone.

  • The slider snaps in place. Not as snappy as I had hoped but better than nothing

Printed these out for our eldest two, it's been a great motivational age. I had to hunt down the original model on printables as the multicard cover and the taskplanner cards are missing from this profile. https://www.printables.com/model/603464-kids-tasks-morningevening-routine-planner

This comment was very useful! After reading I did also notice that all STL/CAD files are included here, but Bambu by default only shows the (partial) profile that's made by another user.

Made this for my 5-yr old grand daughter. I changed the tops of the button's to check marks and X's. Printed very well. I used Vampirina colors (Pink & Purple). Printed on a Bambu P1S with 0.4mm hot end. The buttons work kinda hard, so I need to do a little post processing, but it'll work for the Grand! I have 20mmx3mm magnets on order, then I'll hand it off. Thanks for a good design. To use the remixed button design, go here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1143221#profileId-1145937

Good job on the design of this one, I really like the look! I printed the one with the separate labels (download the stl instead of the print profile). Printed on A1, print quality is good. As others have mentioned, the X/V sliders are hard to move at the start. By forcing them a bit at the start they become looser. Unsure what others have done for 'post processing' here. I also noticed the tolerances on the labels seem to be a bit too big (or is it me?) and the little notch is not enough for keeping them in the board when moving it around. I guess it's fine when hanging on the wall or fridge though. Still a novice, but I'll try to modify these to have a bit better fit. edit: scaled the labels height 101% and printed with “detect thin lines” and that made it better. 102% made it too hard to remove.
