Summary
My take at a front mount part cooling solution for the BIQU BX and H2 Extruder. Combined with the stock fan and running both in parallel you get 360° part cooling and much better overhang results. And just fyi, the stock fan plug is a JST-PH connector. I created a pigtail adapter to allow me to run both the stock fan and the front 5015.
Included is a 4040 20mm spacer block to space the TFT screen out far enough for full clearance.
I suggest printing in PETG or ABS for longevity.
Parts Needed:
- 5015 24v fan
- 2@ M3 x 8mm bolt (fan mount to extruder)
- 1@ M3 x 20mm bolt (to hold 5015 fan)
- 1@ M3 x 10mm bolt (fan duct to mount)
- 4@ M5 x 25mm+ bolt (TFT w/ spacer)
- 2@ M3 Nyloc nut
