Big Case Feeder for Dillon XL650 XL750

This is my bigger improved case feeder. It is capable of feeding 6,000 9mm cases in an hour (thanks to the new turbo pistol plate) and should easily keep up with the Mark 7 Autodrive.

This case feeder can hold about 250 9mm cases at a time.

PLEASE BE AWARE - I am running this at about 75% speed. If I run it faster cases will get under the pistol plate and create a jam (I think the turbo plate is too fast at 100% speed). Even at 75% speed, I can get through 1,000 9mm cases in 9 minutes. This keeps the feeder at about 6,000 cases per hour. I will keep testing and see if I can get it run at 100% without jamming. If you have any ideas on how to overcome the speed limitation, please post it in the comments.

If you want to upgrade the old feeder to this new one, you would need to order the new motor and print the following parts:

• Bigger bowl
• New rifle and pistol plates
• Slip clutch assembly

You can re-use the mounting plate and base parts.

This YouTube video shows a regular pistol plate but the build includes a turbo plate so instead of 5,000 cases an hour it's actually 6,000 cases.
