Description
Self-watering Flower Pot (2 Parts) – No More Watering Stress 🌱
Flower pot with integrated water reservoir: The outer pot stores water, and the insert with a wicking tube draws it to the soil as needed – the plant waters itself for days, also ideal for holidays. The opening in the wall serves as both a refill and an overflow: simply water until water exits – no more will fit, preventing waterlogging.
Setup:
Outer pot with solid bottom and water reservoir
Insert with funnel bottom and wicking tube (fill with soil, the tube dips into the water)
Refill directly through the opening without repotting
Printing instructions:
⚠️ Enable supports! Type "Tree (auto)", Threshold angle 30° – the fill opening needs supports. In the 3MF from the generator, they are already pre-set; for STL, please enable them yourself.
The insert is printed upside down (already correctly oriented in the file) and does not need supports.
PLA is perfectly sufficient – it looks especially nice with 2 colors (pot + insert).
