This full-bed calibration test is designed to quickly check the quality and consistency of the first layer across almost the entire usable build plate.

Each 3MF profile has been individually scaled and prepared for the corresponding Bambu Lab printer, allowing you to detect problems that may not be visible with a small calibration square.

The test helps identify:

  • uneven bed leveling
  • incorrect nozzle height
  • poor bed adhesion
  • inconsistent extrusion flow
  • dirty or contaminated areas of the build plate
  • sections where the nozzle is too close or too far from the bed

A good result should have smooth, continuous and evenly connected extrusion lines across the entire surface. Gaps between lines may indicate that the nozzle is too high, while rough ridges or heavily compressed lines may indicate that it is too low.

Dedicated profiles are included for:

A1 mini, A1, A2L, H2C, H2D, H2D Pro, H2S, P1P, P1S, P2S, X1, X1 Carbon, X1E and X2D.

The included profiles use a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layer height and require no supports.

For the most accurate result, clean the build plate before printing and select the profile matching your exact printer model.

If this test helps you achieve a perfect first layer, please consider giving the model a Boost! 🚀
