Description

Turn your Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro into an easy-to-move unit with this bearing caster attachment.

The design uses small bearings as rollers, allowing the AMS 2 Pro to slide forward, backward, or sideways more easily when accessing cables, cleaning the shelf, loading filament, or rearranging your setup. The caster mounts are designed to fit neatly around the lower corners while keeping the AMS stable and close to the surface.

The set includes separate UP and DOWN versions for the correct installation position. Small printed inserts fit inside the bearings to support the mounting screws.

Features

  • Designed specifically for the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro
  • Low-profile design
  • Uses bearings as smooth roller wheels
  • Makes the AMS easier to move and reposition
  • Separate upper and lower mounting pieces
  • Compact design that follows the AMS body
  • STEP and Fusion 360 source files included for customization
  • No supports should be required when printed in the shown orientation

Required Hardware

  • 4 × M3 × 20 mm socket-head cap screws
  • 4 × M3 hex nuts
  • 4 × M3 socket-head cap screws, 20–40 mm long
  • 4 x 608ZZ bearing (a common bearing)

Installation Notes

Pay attention to the UP and DOWN versions shown in the print profile. Install each mount in its matching position. The small printed rings are inserted into the center of the bearings before assembly.

After installation, confirm that all screws are secure and that each bearing rotates freely before placing the AMS back into use.
