Description
A simple, robust, and functional print-in-place hinge. Designed to be printed completely assembled with no additional hardware required. It folds smoothly up to 180 degrees right off the build plate.
Engineered with a precise 0.25mm clearance, making it perfectly optimized for FDM printing. Tested and prints flawlessly on the Bambu Lab A1.

Recommended Print Settings:
- Supports: No
- Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid recommended)
- Wall Generator: Classic or Arachne
- Wall Ordering: Outer/Inner (Crucial for accurate hole dimensions and maintaining the clearance)
- Seam Position: Aligned / Back (Ensure the Z-seam does not fall inside the hinge gap to prevent binding)
