Update 7/4/2026:
There have been recent reports of support issues near the tail section of the aircraft. Before slicing, make sure both "Remove Small Overhangs" and "Support Critical Regions Only" are disabled. Recent updates to Bambu Studio have enabled these options by default, which can cause print failures in this area. The included print profile has been updated with the correct support settings.
I highly recommend that you print everything on the aircraft in PLA and use support interface in PETG (or use PLA interface if you chose to print the whole thing in PETG). Especially for the propeller. It will print super cleanly without issues of the support ripping off the propeller blades if you interface the support.

This is a 1:53 scale, fully 3D-printable MQ-9 Reaper UAV, designed entirely from scratch in Autodesk Fusion. The model includes optional landing gear and a complete payload consisting of two GBU-12 laser-guided bombs and four AGM-114 Hellfire missiles (two pairs), allowing you to display it in either a clean or armed configuration. The finished model has a wingspan of approximately 15 inches (38 cm).
The front facing slant on the base is perfect to use Bambu Studio to add text with labels or names as a plaque for gifts or display!
