Description

🛡️ Heavy Exo-Armor Juggernaut (Bulwark Stance) - 50mm Base

"An unstoppable walking fortress. When the Juggernaut locks his shield into the terrain, the frontline moves no further."

Deploy the ultimate armored vanguard to your gothic sci-fi skirmishes and dark fantasy campaigns. This premium Heavy Exo-Armor Juggernaut is captured in a massive, rock-solid combat stance, bracing behind a colossal rectangular tower shield planted directly into the debris. Featuring thick, overlapping bolted plate armor, exposed back-mounted industrial power cells, and a fully enclosed tactical visor helmet, this model is designed to dominate the tabletop as a high-tier boss or elite heavy infantry unit.

The integrated 50mm scenic base is highly detailed with mechanical wreckage and shattered girders, matching seamlessly with industrial or post-apocalyptic terrain sets.

📐 Print Specs & Geometry Advantages

  • Base Diameter: 50mm integrated industrial ruin base.
  • Total Height: 64mm (including base) (A wide, stout, and incredibly heavy profile that represents a massive chunk of protective steel).
  • Layer Height: 0.08mm. The ultra-fine layer resolution ensures that the large flat surfaces of the armor panels and the straight lines of the shield print completely smooth, eliminating standard FDM stair-stepping.

🛠️ Straightforward Support Cleanup Guide

🧹 CLEANUP NOTE: Thanks to the balanced tripod design (both feet and the shield base anchoring the model directly to the plate), the main support architecture is exceptionally simple and detaches with minimal effort. However, a trained hand should watch out for two specific zones.

  • 🔌 Thin Hydraulic Pipes (Behind the Arms): There are thin power conduits and cables running along the back joints of the arms near the shoulder armor. Tree supports surrounding the torso might nest close to them. Do not pull the support pillars away with force. Use fine flush cutters to snip the attachment points carefully to ensure these thin mechanical pipes don't snap away with the support shell.
  • 👗 The Front Loincloth Vestiary: The segmented armor cloth hanging down between the legs receives support structures from underneath the pelvis. While they release cleanly, avoid using the hook tool with upward leverage; instead, work the support material downwards toward the base to protect the thin edges of the hanging loincloth.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.

🛠️ Support the Process!

💡 What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.

I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.

If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84
