Print Settings
- Material: PLA or PETG (ASA were inidicated)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Supports: Only where indicated (if required)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Notes:
The Fan is designed to fit a 28mm brushed motor. A motor cover can be printed in ASA or another heat resistant filament to withstand the motors heat, additionally to cool down the motor, The Adapter to connect the Blade pulls air from the front holes and through the motor. This should also be printed in ASA since motor shaft can get hot. (If motor does not get hot you can add the red cap like in the picture to make it look nicer.
The fan can either run on power or battery. The back hole fits a type C connector which can be used to charge or power the fan. The switch position is blanked out so you have the option to mount the switch on the top of the base instead.
For batteries i used two 18650 batteries connected in series for a total of 8.4v 3000mah each.
